Returns

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if there is any issue with your purchase. Photos may be required. Contact us within 14 days of purchase to make a claim, and we will assess it case by case.

Because perfume is a personal product, we are unable to accept returns on opened bottles simply for change of mind.

This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

If you are unsure whether the fragrance is for you, order the 2ml discovery vial first. What you pay for it comes off your first full bottle.
